Woodware Challenge – Cards For Men – Day 4

 We have Siobhan the Recovering Stampaholic today with a card made with Jane Gill stamps.

Siobhan has used the Gone Fishing background stamp and trimmed it into a square to fit with Casting the Bait stamp.  Great Catch has been restamped and cut out from the background stamp, very clever, could you use that phrase for a wedding or engagement card?

Casting the Bait is a Jane Gill single and has both the man and the birthday greeting in the set. (yes I know that they shouldn’t be called Singles, but we try to give you value for money!)

I love Siobhan’s subtle colours on this card, and the touch of distressing, not too much just a little!

As a coincidence and I only know because Jane gave me a sneak peek, Card Making and Paper Craft Magazine have an couple of articles by Jane and for the Fathers day inspiration she has used her fishing stamps, I would like to take credit for posting this the same day as the magazine goes on sale in the shops but it is just good luck!
