Christmas Greetings for the Men in our Lives, well the title says it all, I don’t think that I have met a crafter who has said that it is easy to make cards for men, well some men are easy and cards for a couple are easy, but sometimes we want a Christmas card for a special man, so we are having a go at helping you with inspiration for that this week.

Jane the Flower Girl has chosen a very special man in her life to make her card for.

Yes Jane’s beautiful card is for her long suffering husband. I think that as well as the golf shoes he may have been the inspiration for the slipper stamp.

Jane has stamped in black and then used pens to draw the festive checks on the slippers.

Jane has used the Christmas Greeting stamp at the top of the card and again on the Shrink Plastic. It is from the Festive Verses set that has a good range of words and five stamps. To add the personalisation on the shrink plastic Jane has used a permanent pen, the Woodware Permi Pens would be great for this.

A great idea and it is nice to see non Christmas stamps used for Christmas, oh stamps are wonderful!
