We are again sponsoring Crafty Cardmakers this week the theme is By or Under the Sea the theme runs for two weeks.
Don’t forget to check out the Crafty Cardmakers blog and play along with us all, we have a prize!
So I hope that they don’t mind on Crafty Cardmakers but I have a scrap book page to share.
I live near the North Sea and walk there regularly with Peggy my mad Collie Dog, this summer we did some beach bagging with family, still the dog has more photographs taken of her than any people that I go out with!
I have used Stone Crafter’s from ColorBox for all of my inking, Crater’s is the ink that I go to first, and I decided on the grey as it allows the colours in the photographs to shine, I have used the Stampendosu Cling Rubber Stamp By The Sea and the stencil is the Dutch Doobadoo Fabric Mask Art I think that it looks like a net. I have edges the page with the stone ink too.
I have used my Tag Top Punch and a regular corner rounder ( just find this punch so useful, sorry I can’t stop using it). I have really terrible writing so I usually hide my journaling, sometimes I will print it on the computer. The photograph here are all of Rosehearty, this will be a double layout, eventually.
So the journaling fits in here.
I have mixed double sided tape and foam dots so that the tag is held in place but easy to get out.
I love this stamp for a scrap book page Life’s not Measured. The dotty ribbon with the silver dots is perfect for my grey theme.
I have used the Regular Corner Rounder on all of the photographs.
I hope that you have enjoy our By or Under the Sea week and why not play along at Crafty Cardmakers.
Thanks for visiting see you soon!
Thanks for the explanation! We managed to beach bag in Scotland a few last week too!

I always enjoy seeing a scrapbook layout for a change. I am intrigued however – what on earth is “beach bagging” Dorothy?

Well in Scotland we Munro bag (the Munros are mountains over 3000 feet, well over 200 and my tally is a pathetic 17) so we thought it would be easier and very pleasant to travel and record beach visits.
