Woodware and Crafty Cardmaker and more… – Black and White

We are pleased to be playing along with the Crafty Card Makers and More… this week, the challenge will be open on their blog for two weeks. If you would like to play along with us please check the Crafty Card Maker rules then use the link on the Crafty Card Makers Blog to add your card or if you are not a blogger yet you can e-mail your card to me as usual Dorothy@woodware.co.uk  and I will post it and add it to the Crafty Card Makers and more… Blog.

So first this week we have Jane the Flower Girl.

I love black and whit and this card by Jane is a perfect way to use the combination.

Jane has stamped her Summer Weeds stamp on black card with a watermark pad and then embossed in white and in black ink on white card and embossed with clear powder. Jane repeated this several times so that she had lots of images to play with.

Using a white card with the full image, punch various sizes of  circles in both black and white and layer them up where they should be.  As you can see Jane has then used a variety of round punches to make up the design, layering them where they belong.

The greeting comes from Jane’s Clear Magic In the Frame Ditties.

Thank you for joining us today see you soon, and don’t forget to play along with Crafty Cardmakers and more…

  1. Oh my word – I love this card and what a fantastic technique with the punched circles. Jane showed us how to do this on her visit to us before Christmas using her background words stamp, and this takes it up to yet another level. Brilliant!
