Woodware Challenge September 2013 Sketch 26 Day 3

Today I have been working rather slowly, after a very busy few days, which is why my posts have been rather short.

The card today is from Pam the Pampered Stamper, who is at the moment in Edinburgh as she has come with Lynell, Mrs Dreamweaver, for our retailer training days, they have worked so hard over the last few days they have gone off to do some site seeing.

Pam being the organised type has her posts all ready to go live, so here is her sketch card.

Pam has used two stencils the Black Eyed-Susan and the Plaid Stripe. Pam has used the Plaid to give a subtle background on card.

Then the Black Eyed Susan has been pasted on acetate with the Dreamweaver translucent paste. The colour comes from the wonderfully pigmented Dreamweaver Color Solutions. Pam has used the Lemoncello, Pumpkin, and Darkest Brown. If you pop over to the Pampered Stamper   Pam will share how she achieved the look.

Pam has also run the stencil through her embossing machine. Which adds so much depth to the background (and it is fast).

The smile has been punched and the paper flower is a perfect way to showcase the circle for the sketch.

  1. I hope this card is in Skipton Pam as I would love to see it in the ‘flesh’. Its a reminder of our short but warm summer here in the UK. Enjoy bonny Edinburgh. xx
